Para 108 familias qued\u00f3 marcado como el momento exacto en el que la espera termin\u00f3 y el sue\u00f1o, por\u00a0 fin, tuvo direcci\u00f3n, paredes y escritura. En la urbanizaci\u00f3n Perij\u00e1 II, en el corregimiento La Victoria de San Isidro, Comfacesar entreg\u00f3 oficialmente 108 viviendas de inter\u00e9sprioritario, convirtiendo la esperanza de cientos de personas en una realidad tangible: un hogar propio, seguro y digno para comenzar el nuevo a\u00f1o.<\/p><p>Este proyecto es el resultado del convenio marco entre la Alcald\u00eda de La Jagua de Ibirico y la Caja de Compensaci\u00f3n Familiar del Cesar, una alianza que apuesta por algo m\u00e1s que construir casas: construir dignidad, especialmente en zonas rurales hist\u00f3ricamente rezagadas en acceso a vivienda formal.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_266\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-266\" style=\"width: 625px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-266\" src=\"https:\/\/revistaenterese.comfacesar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/IMAGEN-ENTREGA-DE-VIVIENDA-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"417\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-266\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><i><b> En la urbanizaci\u00f3n Perij\u00e1 II, en el corregimiento La Victoria de San Isidro, entregamos oficialmente 108 viviendas de inter\u00e9s prioritario.<\/b><\/i><\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Acompa\u00f1ando a la comunidad estuvieron el alcalde de La Jagua de Ibirico,Leonardo Hern\u00e1ndez, el gerente (e) de Proyectos de Vivienda de Comfacesar,D\u00e9imer P\u00e9rez, el secretario de Planeaci\u00f3n Ismael Santos y el secretario deObras Luis Miguel Gallego, quienes compartieron con las familias este momento que trasciende lo institucional.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cHoy entregamos 108 unidades habitacionales que dignificar\u00e1n la vida de estas personas en el corregimiento de La Victoria de San Isidro. Ellos merecen vivir bien y mejorar sus condiciones\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde Hern\u00e1ndez, visiblemente satisfecho al ver c\u00f3mo la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica se traduce en bienestar real.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Por su parte, D\u00e9imer P\u00e9rez destac\u00f3 el alcance social del proyecto:<br \/>\u201cEsta entrega representa un avance significativo en la reducci\u00f3n del d\u00e9ficit habitacional en las zonas rurales, especialmente en sectores donde el acceso a<br \/>una vivienda digna ha sido hist\u00f3ricamente limitado\u201d.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pero fueron las voces de los beneficiarios las que terminaron de darle sentido a la jornada. Jhonatan Angulo, uno de los nuevos propietarios, resumi\u00f3 en<br \/>pocas palabras lo que muchos sent\u00edan:<br \/>\u201cSolo me resta decir gracias.
